Description

Lieferleistung Beschafft werden soll ein leistungsfähiges Gerät zur Analyse von EDTA-Plasma, Urin und Liquor zur Durchführung von 1H-NMR-Messungen. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist ein Gerät und automatischer Probenwechsler, mit dem die Signale der Wasserstoffkerne (Protonen) hochauflösend erfasst und zur quantitativen sowie qualitativen Bestimmung von Metaboliten (insbesondere Aminosäuren, Lipoproteinen und weiteren relevanten Molekülklassen) ausgewertet werden können. Das zu beschaffende System soll die bestehende Forschungsinfrastruktur mit derzeit zwei NMR-Geräten der Firma Bruker funktional und kapazitiv ergänzen. Hierfür ist insbesondere die Gewährleistung technischer und organisatorischer Schnittstellen erforderlich.
