Description

Die Gesundheit Nord gGmbH Klinikverbund Bremen bietet an insgesamt vier Standorten Klinikum Bremen Mitte (KBM), Klinikum Bremen Ost (KBO), Klinikum Links der Weser (KBL) und Klinikum Bremen Nord (KBN) medizinische und pflegerische Versorgung der höchsten Versorgungsstufe (Maximalversorgung) an. Mit fast 3.000 Planbetten und etwa 8.000 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern ist die Gesundheit Nord gGmbH Klinikverbund Bremen einer der größten kommunalen Krankenhauskonzerne in Deutschland. Erläuterung der Baumaßnahme: Die Gesundheit Nord betreibt aktuell an allen ihren vier Standorten (KBM, KBO, KBL, KBN) Küchen, die großenteils sanierungsbedürftig sind. Im Rahmen der Umstrukturierung soll ein High-Convenience-Speisenverteilzentrums auf der Bestandsfläche der Küche im Klinikum Bremen Ost (KBO) entstehen, das alle Kliniken der GeNo mit tablettierten Speisen versorgt, Neue Spültechnik: Die vorhandene Spültechnik ist alters-, funktionsbedingt und energetisch abgängig und für den Einsatz im neuen Speiseverteilzentrum nicht mehr geeignet. Die neue Spültechnik soll mit vier Bandspülmaschinen und drei Wagenwaschkabinen sowie einem manuellen Wagenwaschplatz ausgestattet sein, um auch im Fall eines Ausfalls der Waschanlage handlungsfähig zu bleiben. Die Anlagen sind für eine Kapazitätsgröße von ca. 2.100 Gedecksätze und ca. 130 Transportwagen, die dreimal täglich gespült werden müssen, geplant. 1 Stck. Mehrtank-Transportspülmaschine 1 Stck. Kombinierte Mehrtank-Geschirr-, Tablett- und Besteckspülmaschine 1 Stck. Mehrtank-Transportspülmaschine 1 Stck. Kombinierte Mehrtank-Geschirr-, Tablett- und Besteckspülmaschine 3 Stck.
