Rahmenvertrag Druckumgebung Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages für die Lieferung, Implementierung und Betrieb einer Druckumgebung in den Räumen der Gesellschafter der Auftraggeberin, der AOK Bayern und der AOK PLUS. Der Leistungsgegenstand umfasst im Wesentlichen: - die Konzeption, - die Lieferung der Multifunktionsgeräte (Kauf), - die Implementierung der Software (Kauf und/oder Miete), - den operativen Betrieb und Administration sowie - das Patchmanagement - einer ganzheitlichen Enterprise-Druckumgebung. Die Erreichung dieses Ziels wird durch die folgenden Leistungssäulen sichergestellt: Enterprise Print Management (EPM): Das EPM bildet die zentrale Instanz für die gesamte softwareseitige Verarbeitung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Druckprozesse. Es stellt sicher, dass alle Druckvorgänge jederzeit zuverlässig, performant und sicher ausgeführt werden können. Gleichzeitig dient es als Basis für die zentrale Verwaltung und Überwachung der gesamten Infrastruktur. Multifunktionsgeräte (MFG): Dieser Bereich beschreibt die bereitzustellenden Multifunktionsgeräte, die als Endpunkte für die Dokumentenverarbeitung und den täglichen Bürobetrieb dienen. Außerdem regelt dieser Bereich das Verbrauchsmaterial-Management, Wartung & Support und die IMAC-Services. Transition: Beschreibung der Ablösung der bestehenden Infrastruktur durch eine neue Druckumgebung. Im Rahmen der Bereitstellung der Multifunktionsgeräte insbesondere Implementierung, Softwarepflege, Instandhaltung und Lifecycle Management muss der Auftragnehmer dafür Sorge tragen, dass diese funktionsfähig und mit aktueller Software versehen sind (d.h. die letzte vom Hersteller veröffentlichte Softwareversion). Die Ausschreibung beinhaltet eine produktneutrale Beschaffung. Aus Gründen des Schutzes der Vertraulichkeit werden Informationen zur Infrastruktur der Auftraggeberin erst mit Abgabe einer Vertraulichkeitserklärung mit Einladung zur Angebotsphase (2. Stufe des Verfahrens) mitgeteilt. Der Rahmenvertrag hat eine Mindestlaufzeit von 2 Jahren ab Abnahme der Transition mit zweimaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils ein Jahr.
