Gegenstand ist die Erbringung von IT-Infrastrukturleistungen und damit verbundenen Dienstleistungen sowie die Lieferung von infrastruktur- bzw. systemnahen Hard- und Softwarelösungen durch den Auftragnehmer an den Auftraggeber in Form von Systemlieferungsleistungen, Cloud-Services, Beratungsleistungen, Migrationsleistungen sowie koordinativen und integrativen Unterstützungsleistungen und ein strukturiertes Reporting. Da die Infrastruktur des Auftraggebers permanenten Erweiterungen und Ergänzungen im Rahmen von Life-Cycle-Maßnahmen und steigenden Anforderungen der Referate unterliegt, soll der Auftraggeber durch eine Rahmenvereinbarung in die Lage versetzt werden, Hardware, Software und Dienstleistungen schnell, sicher und zu marktgängigen Konditionen zu beschaffen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung und Installation von Hard- und Software-Produkten sowie Cloud-Leistungen in folgenden Warengruppen: - Storage-Systeme - Server-Systeme - Server-Betriebssystemen und Lizenzen - Backup- und Archiv-Systeme - Security-DMZ-Systeme - passive Netzkomponenten - Virtualisierungs-Systeme/-Software - systemnahe Software - Datenbank-Lizenzen - Performance Monitoring - Identity Management - Virtualisierung - Middleware - Cloud-Leistungen Weiterhin werden die erweiterten Leistungen eines Systemintegrators ausgeschrieben. Hierzu gehören: - Installationsleistungen zu den oben genannten Warengruppen - erweiterte Garantievereinbarungen zu den gelieferten Produkten - Beratungs- und Planungsleistungen zur Hard- und Software - Projektmanagement, Konfiguration, Ersteinrichtung und Early Life Support - Migrationsleistungen - Integration aller Service-Leistungen - Unterstützung der erforderlichen Wartungsprozesse - Unterstützung der System-Dokumentation - Dienstleistungen - Unterstützung bei komplexen Störungen
