Repräsentative Umfrage Multilateralismus, Frieden und Sicherheit global Das internationale System verändert sich massiv. Daraus resultieren eine Erschütterung und Hinterfragung globaler Ordnungsprinzipien und nicht zuletzt der nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg geschaffenen Ordnung des Multilateralismus. Damit einher geht eine außenpolitische Zeitenwende in Deutschland und anderen europäischen Staaten, ausgelöst durch den russischen Angriff auf die Ukraine, aber auch die Veränderungen in den USA und die krisenhaften Entwicklungen im Nahen und Mittleren Osten. Vor diesem Hintergrund soll die Umfrage die sicherheitspolitische Bedrohungslage sowie dazugehörigen Einstellungen und Werthaltungen zu internationaler Ordnung ermitteln. Dazu wird die Erhebung in mindestens 21 Ländern durchgeführt werden, der optionale Einschluss weiterer Länder ist angedacht und soll im Leistungskonzept inkludiert werden. Die Einschlusskriterien für die einzelnen Länder sind dabei: (1) Herausgehobene Bedeutung als Akteur für die globale Sicherheitspolitik, (2) Hohe Bedeutung oder zentrale Rolle für die regionale Sicherheitsordnung, (3) Vertretung einer Teilregion des jeweiligen Kontinents oder (4) Partizipation an oder Schlüsselrolle in zentralen sicherheitspolitischen Konflikten. Es müssen mindesten zwei der vier Kriterien erfüllt sein.
