Das Bayerische Landesamt für Schule (LAS) beschafft aktive Netzwerkkomponenten, darunter Core-Switches, Access-Switches, PoE-Switches und WLAN-Access-Points sowie die erforderliche Glasfaser- und Kupferverkabelung, für den Neubau seiner Dienststelle in Gunzenhausen und vergibt deren Lieferung, Installation und Konfiguration. Gegenstand des Auftrags sind ferner die Schulung von IT-Personal sowie die anschließende Wartung und Pflege der Komponenten. Optional umfasst der Auftrag die technische Ausstattung von 15 Besprechungsräumen mit interaktiven Displays und Videokonferenztechnik. Das Bayerische Landesamt für Schule (LAS) errichtet derzeit einen Neubau in Gunzenhausen für rund 200 Beschäftigte. Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Lieferung, Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung aktiver Netzwerkkomponenten sowie der erforderlichen Glasfaser- und Kupferverkabelung. Das Netzwerk umfasst nach aktueller Planung Core-Switches, Access-Switches, PoE-Access-Switches und WLAN-Access-Points für das Behördennetz-WLAN sowie das Bayern-WLAN. Die Komponenten sind auf mehrere Serverschränke in drei Serverräumen zu verteilen und nach den Anforderungen der BayITS-16 sowie des BSI IT-Grundschutzes zu errichten. Im Anschluss an Lieferung und Installation ist der dauerhafte Betrieb sicherzustellen. Ebenfalls umfasst ist die Schulung von vier IT-Mitarbeitenden des Auftraggebers. Die Inbetriebnahme ist für voraussichtlich Q2/2027 geplant. Optional umfasst der Auftrag die Ausstattung von fünfzehn Besprechungsräumen und Büros mit interaktiven Displays und Videokonferenztechnik (inkl. 4K-Displays, Auto-Framing-Kamera und Mikrofonarrays).
