Description

Auftragsgegenstand ist die Beschaffung von Softwarelizenzen, Cloud-Services sowie die damit zusammenhängenden Leistungen des Herstellers Microsoft. Der Auftragsgegenstand umfasst insbesondere den Bezug von: - Softwarelizenzen (z. B. Server- und Clientprodukte) - Cloud-Services (z. B. Microsoft-365-Dienste und Azure-Services) - nutzungsabhängigen Cloud-Consumption-Leistungen - Azure-Marketplace-Angebote und gegebenenfalls darüber bezogene Drittanbieter-Services - sowie damit verbundenen Leistungen wie Software Assurance oder vergleichbaren Wartungs- und Supportleistungen. Der Bezug kann über unterschiedliche Microsoft-Lizenzprogramme, insbesondere über Enterprise Agreement, Microsoft Customer Agreement oder vergleichbare Programme erfolgen. Darüber hinaus erbringt der Auftragnehmer unterstützende Leistungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Bezug und der Nutzung von Microsoft-Lizenzen sowie Cloud-Consumption-Leistungen, insbesondere Lizenz- und Cloud-Serviceberatung (einschließlich technischer Bewertung) sowie Reporting- und Monitoring Leistungen. Der Auftragnehmer unterstützt den Auftraggeber außerdem bei der Bewertung und Auswahl geeigneter Microsoft Lizenz- und Vertragsmodelle (z.?B. Enterprise Agreement, Microsoft Customer Agreement oder vergleichbare Programme), um eine effiziente Lizenz- und Cloudstrategie sicherzustellen. Als Vertragsgrundlage wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung zugrunde gelegt. Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.06.2026.
