70-00301-3180-B Objektplanung Freianlagen "Planungsleistungen Objektplanung Freianlagen für ein Institutsgebäude als Neubau der Fraunhofer-Institute SCAI und IAIS in Bonn im Rahmen einer Zuwendungsmaßnahme nach RZBau. Bei dem Neubau handelt es sich um eine Arbeitsstätte für ca.rund 180 Mitarbeitende. Die Baumaßnahme soll in der Campusallee, 53115 Bonn-Poppelsdorf errichtet werden. Kern des Raumkonzepts ist die Schaffung flexibel nutzbarer und gestaltbarer Büroflächen, die Offenheit, Transparenz und Kreativität fördern, sowie Bereiche für konzentriertes Arbeiten. Ergänzend zu den Büroflächen ist ein Rechenzentrum mit ca. 800 m² Nutzfläche vorgesehen. Insgesamt wird eine Nutzfläche NF 1-6 von ca. 2.424 m² benötigt. Eine Zertifizierung nach BNB ist vorgesehen; angestrebt wird BNB Silber. Die Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, als Zuwendungsempfänger öffentlicher Mittel, legt großen Wert auf Realisierung eines innovativen, nachhaltigen und ressourcenschonenden, zugleich wirtschaftlichen Gebäude-, Energie- und Betriebskonzepts."
