Dreigeschossiger Schulneubau in Holzbauweise. Das Gebäude verfügt über ein Erdgeschoss und zwei Obergeschosse. BGF= 2176 m2. Die maximalen äußeren Abmessungen betragen ca. LxBxH 41,50m x17,70mx 10,80m. Auf dem Dach des Neubaus des Schulgebäude wird ein durchgehendes Retentionsdach mit Gefälle erstellt. Es ist ein Gründachaufbau mit extensiver Begrünung und Unterkonstruktion für PV vorgesehen. Die Dachdichtebene erfolgt bauseits durch den AN Holzbau und ist nicht Teil der Leistung. Leistungsbestandsteil dieser Ausschreibung sind im Wesentlichen die Gründacharbeiten inklusive: - Gesamtaufbau Gründach extensiv ab OK Abdichtung - Bepflanzung extensiv - Retentionsschicht - Unterkonstruktion für Photovoltaikanlagen - Kiesstreifen - Wartungsgang - Randkontrollschächte - Pflege und Wartung, Monitoring - ATV DIN 18338 Dachdeckungsarbeiten - ATV DIN 18339 Klempnerarbeiten - ATV DIN 18320 Landschaftsbauarbeiten
