The scope includes demolition and preparatory works, earthworks and drainage, construction of foundations, walls, stairs and paved surfaces, creation of play areas including fall-protection surfaces, installation of equipment elements, fencing and gates, and planting and vegetation works including completion and two years of development maintenance. The works also include reinstating part of the adjacent footpath. Play equipment is tendered separately and will be delivered and assembled by the manufacturer.
