Description

Das Projekt umfasst einen 2-3-geschossigen Schulneubau einschl. Mensa. Das Schulgebäude besteht aus 3 einzelnen "Schulhäusern", die durch eine gemeinsame "Schulstraße" über alle Ebenen miteinander verbunden sind. Die Gesamt-Bruttogeschossfläche des Neubaus beträgt ca. 9.735 m² BGF. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist sind die Landschaftsbauarbeiten für den Neubau von rund 21.800 m² Schulgelände in 4 Bauabschnitten. ca. 5.100 m² Pflasterflächen abbrechen, ca. 1.100 m² Asphaltflächen abbrechen, ca. 1.100 m² EPDM abbrechen, ca. 6.100 m² Grasnarbe abtragen, Strauchflächen roden, ca. 3.100 m³ Bodenbewegung, Boden Ein- und Ausbau, Abfuhr, ca. 900 m³ Oberboden aufbereiten, ca. 6.300 m² Betonsteinpflasterflächen herstellen, ca. 640 m³ Holz-Hackschnitzel, Fallschutzbelag, ca. 44 m Winkelstützen, ca. 300 m Kastenrinnen, ca. 650 m RW-Leitungen, ca. 31 St. Mastleuchten, Möblierung und Spiel- und Sportgeräte, ca. 1.100 m³ Vegetationstragschicht herstellen, ca. 76 Stk. Hochstämme pflanzen, ca. 5.600 m² Strauchflächen anlegen, ca. 4.300 m² Rasen- und Wiesenflächen anlegen, Fertigstellungspflege, Entwicklungspflege
