Description

Brüder-Grimm-Schule - Neugestaltung der Freianlagen BA 2 in Ludwigshafen am Rhein; hier: Landschaftsgärtnerische Arbeiten Baubeschreibung: Die Stadt Ludwigshafen plant die Erweiterung an der Brüder Grimm Schule in Ludwigshafen mit einem Modulbausystem. In diesem Zuge wird 2026 der Schulhofbereich erneuert. Der bestehende Plattenbelag wird rückgebaut und der Schulhof erhält einen neuen Pflasterbelag inklusive Entwässerungseinrichtung. Als Anschluss an das Bestandsgebäude wird ein langes Podest aus Blockstufen erschaffen. Aufgrund der Holzkonstruktion des Modulbaus wir im Zuge der Landschaftsbauarbeiten eine Winkel- stützmauer mit Gitterrost bodeneben um das neue Gebäude eingebaut. Die bestehende Mauer am Hangbereich wird mit Winkelstützelementen ergänzt und schließt an den Modulbau an. Der Hangbereich wird wieder ans Gebäude angefüllt. Es wird ein neues Spielgerät mit Fallschutzplatten eingebaut sowie neue Sitzbänke. Insgesamt werden vier neue Bäume gepflanzt, drei davon im Bereich des Schulhofes und ein weiterer östlich der Schule. Im Bereich des Haupteinganges zur Schule werden Mülleinhausungen sowie Fahrradparker eingebaut.
