Scanner Hub Digitale Pathologie Etablierung eines Scanner Hubs für die digitale Pathologie, um eine repräsentative, herstellerdiverse und gerätescharfe Prüfumgebung für die digitale Pathologie aufzubauen, die es ermöglicht, eine robuste, herstellerübergreifende Entwicklung, Validierung, Verifizierung und Qualitätssicherung von Künstliche-Intelligenz (KO-basierten Tools in der computergestützten Pathologie (Computational Pathology) durchzuführen Die dem Auftraggeber zugesagten Finanzmittel verfallen, wenn der Vertragsgegenstand nicht bis zum 31.12.2026 vollständig geliefert, betriebsbereit übergeben, ordnungsgemäß in Rechnung gestellt und gezahlt ist. Der Auftragnehmer sichert ausdrücklich zu, den Vertragsgegenstand bis zum 11.12.2026 vollständig an den Auftraggeber zu liefern, betriebsbereit zu übergeben und ordnungsgemäß in Rechnung zu stellen. Der Auftraggeber kann vom Vertrag kosten- und ersatzlos zurücktreten, wenn der Vertragsgegenstand nicht bis zum 11.12.2026 vom Auftragnehmer vollständig geliefert, betriebsbereit übergeben und ordnungsgemäß in Rechnung gestellt ist. Weitergehende gesetzliche und vertragliche Rechte des Auftraggebers bleiben unberührt.
