Description

Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Beschaffung eines hochauflösenden Massenspektrometer mit ESI-, APCI-, APPI- und LIFDI-Ionenquelle und HPLC-Kopplung. Das zu beschaffende Gerät soll dem im analytischen Dienstleistungslabor, Abteilung Massenspektrometrie des Instituts für Organische Chemie, anfallenden chemisch deutlich unterschiedlichen Probenaufkommen gerecht werden, weshalb eine möglichst große Vielfalt an Ionisationsmöglichkeiten angestrebt wird. Das HPLC-System soll außerdem als direktes, in Kombination mit einem Autosampler, vollautomatisierbares Probenaufgabesystem einsetzbar sein.
