Gegenstand dieses Vertrages ist die Lieferung und Installation einer 1290 Infinity III (U)HPLC und eines hochempfindlichen Triple Quadrupol MS-Systems. Lieferung und Installation einer 1290 Infinity III (U)HPLC und eines hochempfindlichen Triple Quadrupol MS-Systems. (U)HPLC-Anlage: 1. binäre UHPLC-Hochdruck-Mischpumpe, Druckbeständigkeit bis 1300 bar, Durchfluss bis 5 ml/min mit aktiver Kolbenhinterspülung, Werkzeugkit, Lösemittelwanne und entsprechendes Zubehör wie: - Kapillaren/Fittings-Kit für ultraniedrige Dispersion - ultrareine Schläuche/Schlauchkits - ohne ISET (Intelligent System Emulation Technology) 2. Säulenofen für bis zu 8 Säulen, Druckbeständigkeit bis 1300 bar, Temperaturbereich < 5 bis 110 °C mit Wärmetauscher und Fittings entsprechendes Zubehör wie: - Ventilantrieb für mehrere Säulen - 6-Pos./14-Port. Ventilkopf, 6-Säulenauswahl, Druckbeständigkeit bis 1300 bar - 6-Säulenauswahlventilkit mit Wärmetauschern und Kapillaren 3. temperierbarer Mehrfachprobengeber, Druckbeständigkeit bis 1300 bar inkl. einer Proben-schublade und Probenteller Nadelspülanschluss, analytischer Dosierkopf und Schleife entsprechendes Zubehör wie: - einem Proben-Thermostat < 5 bis 40 °C - Mehrfachspülfunktion - drei Probenschubladen mit je 2 Positionen für 2 ml Vials - Probenteller für 2 ml Vials für 3 Probenschubladen - analytischer Dosierkopf 100 µl - Probenschleife 100 µl sensitivstes ESI-Triple Quadrupole Massenspektrometer mit: - minimaler Dwell Time ? 1 ms - Massenbereich bis 3000 m/z - Scan-Modi: MS1/MS2-Scan, Produktionenscan, Vorläuferionenscan, SIM, MRM (statisch und dynamisch), Polarity Switching - automatisierter Optimierung von MRM- und Quellenparametern - Installation und Einweisung Zusätzlich: - ölfreie Vakuumpumpe - MassHunter Workstation Software inkl. automatische Reinjektionslogik und Softwarein-stallation durch den Hersteller - Methodenimplementierung - Erweiterte Gewährleistung 2 Jahre ab Installationsdatum
