Description

Kauf eines LC-MS/MS für das Landesuntersuchungsamt, ILC Trier Der Kauf umfasst die Lieferung und Installation eines funktionsfähigen Komplettsystems inclusive erforderlicher Peripheriegeräte sowie Ersatzteile und Verbrauchsmaterialien für ein Jahr zur Erfüllung der vorgesehenen Aufgaben. Es handelt sich bei dem angebotenen Gerät um Neuware der höchsten Leistungsklasse. Die Leistungsbeschreibung erfolgt in deutscher Sprache. Bedienungsanleitungen, Wartungshandbücher und Software-Dokumentation in Papierform sind eingeschlossen. Das zu beschaffende LC-MSMS System mit hoher Empfindlichkeit und Stabilität soll eingesetzt werden für die Bestimmung von Pflanzentoxinen, Mykotoxinen und Acrylamid in Lebensmitteln pflanzlichen Ursprungs. Die Höchstgehalte der Verordnung (EU) 2023/915 müssen sicher und in ausreichender Empfindlichkeit, d.h. 20% des Höchstgehaltes, und Reproduzierbarkeit gemäß VO(EU) 2023/2782 bzw. 2783 eingehalten werden. Insbesondere ist einzuhalten für 2 Übergänge (Quantifier und Qualifier): LOQ für Atropin/Scopolamin < 0,005 ng/ml, maximal <0,01 ng/ml bei RSDr von maximal 20% bei 5 Injektionen LOQ Aflatoxin B1 0,05 ng/ml und RSDr von maximal 20% bei 5 Injektionen. Entsprechende Nachweise müssen erbracht werden. Es muss es möglich sein, bestehende Analysenmethoden schnell und einfach auf die neue LC-MSMS-Anlage zu übertragen. Eine Methode ist auf dem Gerät zu implementieren (Pyrrolizidin- und Tropanalkaloide, Parameter gemäß VO(EU) 2023/915.)
