Kauf eines GC-MS/MS. Der Kauf umfasst die Lieferung und Installation eines Komplettsystems sowie eine Anwenderschulung zur Erfüllung der vorgesehenen Aufgaben. Der Kauf umfasst die Lieferung und Installation eines Komplettsystems sowie eine Anwenderschulung zur Erfüllung der vorgesehenen Aufgaben. Die Leistungsbeschreibung erfolgt in deut- scher Sprache. Deutschsprachige Bedienungsanleitungen und Software-Dokumentation in Papierform sollen eingeschlossen sein. Das zu beschaffende GC-MS/MS-System mit hoher Empfindlichkeit und Stabilität soll insbesondere eingesetzt werden für die Bestimmung von Rückständen von Pflanzenschutzmitteln in Lebensmitteln pflanzlicher Herkunft. Die Rückstandshöchstgehalte gemäß der VO (EG) Nr. 396/2005, der VO (EU) 2016/128 und der Rückstandshöchstmengen-Verordnung (RhmV) müssen sicher und in ausreichender Empfindlichkeit und Reproduzierbarkeit (gemäß SANTE/11312/2021 v2026), auch in matrixreichen Extrakten, kontrolliert werden können. Vom Anbieter ist die Durchführung von Testmessungen am angebotenen System einzuplanen. Hierbei ist u.a. die Empfindlichkeit, Wiederholpräzision, sowie die Trennleistung des Systems anhand bestimmter Wirkstoffe zu belegen. Eine Information über das Wirkstoffspektrum wird mit den Testlösungen innerhalb der Angebotsfrist vom Auftraggeber zur Verfügung gestellt. Hierfür teilt der Bieter über die Vergabeplattform die Adresse und den Ansprechpartner mit, damit ein Versandt an den Bieter erfolgen kann. Die Testergebnisse sind möglichst mit Angebotsabgabe (spätestens jedoch am 31.07.2026) an den Auftraggeber zu versenden.
