Die Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena beabsichtigt für den Kauf eines (1) Wafer-Testsystems, um eine elektrische Kontaktierung zu Mikroelektroden auf Waferskala für die elektrische Feldpolarisation ferroelektrischer Dünnschichten zu erreichen und damit die Herstellung integrierter polarisierter Wellenleiter auf Waferskala für die nichtlineare Frequenzumwandlung zu ermöglichen. Die technischen Leistungsparameter aus Anlage 2 sind mindestens zu erfüllen.
