Description

Für das Fraunhofer-Zentrum für Chemisch-Biotechnologische Prozesse CBP in Leuna soll eine "In-situ" sterilisierbare Fermentationsanlage bestehend aus zwei Parallelfermentern mit je 2 Liter Arbeitsvolumen in Modul 1 neu errichtet und integriert werden. Beide Fermenter sollen als Package-Units mit einer zentralen Steuerung ausgeführt sein. Die Anlage soll für die Kultivierung von apathogenen Bakterien, Hefen und Pilzen vorgesehen sein. Die Behälter sollen einfach aus der Anlage entnehm- und zerlegbar sein, sodass sie in einer handelsüblichen Laborspülmaschine gereinigt werden können. Die Sterilisation soll mittels steam-in-place (SIP) erfolgen. Die Anlage wird in einem Nicht-Ex-Bereich errichtet und müssen nicht dem GMP Standard entsprechen, sonst aber den aktuell geltenden Verordnungen, Richtlinien und Regeln der Technik zum Zeitpunkt der Errichtung.
