Description

Das zu beschaffende Konfokalmikroskop ist ein Ersatz für ein Leica-SP5-System und muss die Fortführung von Forschungsvorhaben erlauben, die bisher auf dem Alt-System durchgeführt wurden. Außerdem soll es ermöglichen, neue Versuchsstrategien entsprechend des technischen Fortschritts umzusetzen. Das neue Konfokalmikroskop soll in einer zentralen Einheit betrieben werden, in der zum Teil sehr unterschiedliche Experimente von verschiedenen Arbeitsgruppen durchgeführt werden. Daher ist sehr große Flexibilität insbesondere bezüglich der Anregung und Detektion der verwendeten Fluorophore unerlässlich. Der Schwerpunkt des Forschungszentrums Borstel ist die Lungenforschung. Lungengewebe zeigt oft eine starke Autofluoreszenz. Daher sind Techniken zur Reduzierung von Autofluoreszenzen von Vorteil. Wichtig ist eine probenschonende Anregung. Beschaffung eines Konfokalmikroskop gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung.
