Beschaffung eines 8x Parallel Bioreaktor System für mikrobielle Fermentationen im Rahmen der Modernisierung des MultiScale Biotechnikums Das IMMB der Universität Münster beabsichtigt im Rahmen des Projektes MultiScale zur Modernisierung des Biotechnikums am IMMB die Anschaffung eines 8x Parallel Bioreaktor Systems. Das System ergänzt die bereits vorhandenen und noch zu beschaffenden Kapazitäten zur Kultivierung von Mikroorganismen im Maßstab von 1 ml bis 500 L. Die Ausschreibung zur Beschaffung der erforderlichen Komponenten des 8x Parallel Bioreaktor Systems ist in zwei Lose unterteilt. Los 1 (3.1.1) umfasst das Bioreaktorsystem inklusive Steuer- und Kontrolleinheit(en), die Infrastruktur für die Messung und Steuerung von Prozessparametern mittels Sensoren (einschließlich Anschlusskabel), 8 Bioreaktorgefäße inklusive Temperatur- und Level-Sensoren, sowie Steuer-PC und erforderlicher Software. Los 2 (3.1.2) umfasst jeweils acht Sensoren zur kontinuierlichen Bestimmung von pH, Zelldichte, pO2 und Redoxpotential.
