University Medical Center of the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz intends to award a framework contract to a service provider for the supply of bag filters for ventilation systems. The contract covers the delivery of new, unused bag filters, compact filters and HEPA filters for ventilation systems. Bidders may offer only the filters listed in the price schedule 3-1 GBE-2026-0004. The stated quantities are based on historical consumption data and serve only as a basis for calculation, with no obligation on the contracting authority to accept those quantities. Actual demand may be higher or lower per filter position. The contractor accepts orders up to a maximum of 2.5 times each stated quantity and must maintain capacity accordingly. The contracting authority may call off services via third parties, and the contractor must deliver all quantities on time and free of defects.
