Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist Beschaffung eines schienengeführter Portalkrans mit Fernsteuerstand (RMG; rail mounty gantry crane) mit Hänge-Drehlaufkatze, mit einer Stapelfähigkeit von bis zu drei Lagen. Der Kran arbeitet in einem bestehenden Bahnkranmodul mit Kranen der Firma Künz. Somit ist die Kommunikationsschnittstelle den bestehenden Anlagen anzupassen. Dies betrifft insbesondere den Kollisionsschutz. Der Portalkran muß zwischen den Kranbahnbalken befindlichen Umschlaggleise und Ablagespuren sowie westlich bzw. östlich an der Kranbahn angrenzende Übergabebereiche und Umschlaggleise bedienen. Der Portalkran soll 7 Tage/Woche im dreischichtigen Betrieb arbeiten.
