Kauf von zwei Personenkraftwagen mit sieben Sitzplätzen zuzüglich Fahrersitz mit polizeilichen Sondereinbauten als Zivilfahrzeug Gegenstand des Vertrages ist der Kauf und die anschließende Lieferung (Übereignung) von zwei Personenkraftwagen (Pkw) der Fahrzeugklasse M1 (gemäß Rahmenrichtlinie 2007/46 EG i. V. m. Straßenverkehrs-Zulassungs-Ordnung [StVZO] Anlage XXIX [zu § 20 Absatz 3a Satz 4] EG-Fahrzeugklassen), die darüber hinaus zu den Fahrzeugsegmenten "Großraum-Vans" oder "Utilities" des Kraftfahrtbundesamtes (KBA) gehören. Die hiernach klassifizierten Fahrzeuge müssen jeweils über sieben Sitzplätze zuzüglich Fahrersitz verfügen, mit polizeilichen Sondereinbauten für den Einsatz als zivile Einsatzfahrzeuge ausgestattet sein und ein zulässiges Gesamtgewicht von maximal 3,5t aufweisen.
