Description

Die DB Netz AG beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Funktionsgebäudes in Rostock. Im Los 1 ist die Tiefgründung mit ca. 50 Bohrpfählen, der Ortbetonrohbau des zweigeschossigen Gebäudes mit ca 1400 m² BGF einschließlich Dachabdichtung sowie das Verblendmauerwerk enthalten. Das Los 2 beinhaltet die Errichtung einer Stahlaußentreppe und von Stahlunterbauten für Haustechnik auf dem Dach sowie deren Umzäunung. 14 Außentüren, mehr als 35 überhohe Fensterelemente einschl. Sonnen- und Blendschutz sowie ca. 10 Stahl- und über 20 Holzinnentüren sind die wesentlichen Leistungen des Loses 3. Das Los 4 beinhalten den Innenausbau mit leichten Trennwänden, abgehängten Decken, Malerarbeiten, verschiedenen Bodenbelägen, Hohl- und Doppelböden sowie Estrich. Das Los 5 widmet sich der Erdungs- und Blitzschutzanlage. Die Raumluft- und Kältetechnik mit mehreren Lüftungs- und Multisplitanlagen ist Inhalt des Loses 6. Im Los 7 sind die Sanitäranlagen für 2 Urinale, 6 WC, 6 Waschtische und zwei Duschen sowie die Heizungsanlage erfasst. LV 04 Stahltreppe außen und Tragsystem für RLT auf dem Dach
