G01 Erd-, Verbau-, Entwässerungskanal-, Verkehrswegebau-, Tiefbauarbeiten Für die Umsetzung des Lichtkonzepts im Umfeld des Gebäudes historisches Rathaus Forchheim werden Tiefbauarbeiten in öffentlichen und öffentlich gewidmeten Verkehrs- u. Freiflächen benötigt. Die Arbeiten umfassen: Erdarbeiten DIN 18300 Verbauarbeiten DIN 18303 Entwässerungskanalarbeiten DIN 18306 Drän- u. Versickerungsarbeiten DIN 18308 Verkehrswegearbeiten DIN 18315, DIN 18316 und DIN 18317 Pflasterdecken DIN 18318 Verkehrssicherungsarbeiten DIN 18329 Die Arbeiten sind in 3.Bauabschnitte unterteilt (s. Übersichtsplan) und umfassen arbeiten innerhalb einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 1.000 m² Ausführungsbeginn: 12 Werktage nach Aufforderung, voraus. KW 33 2026 Fertigstellung: innerhalb von 300 Werktagen nach vorstehend genannter Frist für den Ausführungsbeginn
