B11HE881100001, Das Staatliche Bauamt Freising plant auf dem Grundstück die Errichtung einer Sondersportanlage in Freising für die Bundespolizei. Der Baukörper mit 2 Vollgeschossen hat die Abmessungen ca. 59/25 m im Grundriss, BGF ca. 2806 m2, BRI ca. 11423 m3. Das Baugrundstück befindet sich in Freising an der Straße Clemensänger Ring 18, in erster Reihe. Die Baustelle ist über öffentliche Straßen anzufahren und abzufahren. Das Gebäude wird ein Stahlbetonbau mit Mauerwerksaußenwänden im OG. Dieses Gewerk beinhaltet Estricharbeiten, im Einzelnen: ca. 1070 m2 Zementestrich als Schnellestrich auf Dämmung ca. 1320 m2 Zementestrich als Schnellestrich auf Trennlage 2 Sauberlaufmatten mit Rahmen. Dieses Gewerk beinhaltet im Erdgeschoss Estriche auf Trennlage (ca. 370 m²) und schwimmende Estriche (ca. 1070 m²), sowie die Ausführung von Estrichrandwinkel. Teilweise gibt es spezielle Anforderungen an erhöhte Tragfähigkeit. Im Obergeschoss Estrich auf Trennlage (ca. 950m²)
