Description

1. Ausschreibungsgegenstand Die Gemeinde Teningen beabsichtigt in Kooperation mit dem Landkreis Emmendingen die Vergabe von Generalübernehmerleistungen für die Errichtung einer Flüchtlingsunterkunft nach dem Herbolzheimer Modell am Standort Teningen. Das Gebäude wird für eine Dauer von 20 Jahren vom Landkreis angemietet und steht anschließend der Gemeinde zur freien Verfügung. 2. Verfahren Die Auswahl der Bewerber, die zur Abgabe eines Angebots aufgefordert werden, erfolgt in einem mehrstufigen Verfahren nach den Vorschriften der Vergabeverordnung (VGV). Im Rahmen des Teilnahmewettbewerbs wird zunächst die Eignung der Bewerber geprüft (§§ 42 ff. VGV). Anschließend werden geeignete Bewerber gemäß den nachfolgend dargestellten Auswahlkriterien ausgewählt. 3. Ziel der Ausschreibung Ziel ist die Auswahl eines erfahrenen Generalübernehmers, der in der Lage ist: • ein dauerhaft nutzbares, langlebiges und wirtschaftlich zu betreibendes Gebäude zu errichten, • eine robuste Bauweise (Massivbauweise oder gleichwertig langlebig - keine reine Holzbauweise) sicherzustellen, • Materialien einzusetzen, die geringe Instandhaltungskosten und eine hohe Lebensdauer gewährleisten, • eine energieeffiziente, wartungsarme Bauweise umzusetzen sowie • eine schlüsselfertige, qualitativ hochwertige Realisierung unter Einhaltung der Kostenund Terminvorgaben zu gewährleisten.
