Description

Errichtung Modulbauunterkunft Tempelhofer Feld. Die Wohnanlage ist als dreigeschossige Holzmodul-Wohnanlage zu konzipieren. Maße der 9 modularen Baukörper werden grundstücksspezifisch angepasst. Zielvorgabe ist eine Bewohnerkapazität von ca. 1.000 Personen an diesem Standort. Die Standzeit und Nutzbarkeit der Module über mindestens 30 Jahre sowie eine zerstörungsfreie Versetzbarkeit an andere Standorte sind sicherzustellen. Errichtung Modulbauunterkunft Tempelhofer Feld. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die schlüsselfertige Errichtung von drei von insgesamt neun dreigeschossigen Wohngebäuden in Holzmodulbauweise einschließlich Planungsleistungen ab LPH 3-5 nach HOAI (inkl. Werk- und Montageplanung und Genehmigungs-Zuarbeiten), Gründung inkl. prüffähiger Statik, sowie Fertigung, Lieferung und Montage der Module inkl. erforderlicher Nachweise/Dokumentation.
