Description

Auf dem Grundstück der Baumaßnahme soll der Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses errichtet werden. Die auf dem Baufeld vorhandenen Gebäude wurden anteilig abgerissen oder in ihrer Nutzung angepasst. Im Bestand ist ein Trennsystem für Schmutz- und Regenwasser vorhanden. Der Neubau ist an dieses Trennsystem neu anzubinden. Das Auftragsvolumen umfasst die Kanalarbeiten und das Verlegen von Trinkwasserrohrleitungen auf dem Grundstück außerhalb des Gebäudes. Die Ausschreibung beinhaltet im Wesentlichen folgenden Leistungsumfang: - Herstellung von ca. 1.085 m Schmutz- und Regenwasserkanal in den Nennweiten DN 110 bis DN 400 - Herstellung von ca. 200 m Trinkwasserleitung in den Nennweiten DA 32 bis DA 110 - Liefern und Einbau von 2 Leichtflüssigkeitsabscheidern (NS 10) - Liefern und Einbau einer Sedimentationsanlage zur Vorbehandlung des Regenwassers
