Technische Umsetzung, Support und Hosting der Website für das Demokratiezentrum NRW sowie Weiterentwicklung von Formaten und Inhalten für die Website Gesucht wird eine interdisziplinäre Agentur (im Folgenden "Auftragnehmerin" genannt), die auf Grundlage der bereits entwickelten Konzepts und Corporate Designs (Wireframes, Mockups, Informationsarchitektur) die zeitnahe technische Umsetzung des neuen Designs der Website, den mehrjährigen Website-Support sowie im Verlauf des Vertrags bedarfsorientierte Weiterentwicklung von Formaten sowie deutschsprachige Content-Produktion übernimmt. Der Livegang/Soft-Launch der Website ist für Oktober 2026 / Anfang November 2026 anvisiert. Die Auftragnehmerin arbeitet in der ersten Phase der technischen Realisierung (bis maximal Ende 2026) ) eng mit der konzeptionell beauftragten Agentur zusammen, um eine nahtlose Umsetzung der entwickelten Konzepte zu gewährleisten. Eine enge und direkte Abstimmung zwischen beiden Dienstleistern ist zwingend erforderlich und wird vom Auftraggeber koordiniert. 1. Technische Design-Umsetzung (bis Ende 2026): Entwicklung und Implementierung der Website auf Basis der vorliegenden Design-Entwürfe und Konzepte. 2. Website-Betrieb inkl. Support und Wartung (bis zum 31.12.2028 mit Optionsleistung bis Ende 2032): Mehrjährige technische Betreuung, Sicherheitsupdates, Hosting, Weiterentwicklung 3. Formatentwicklung und Inhalte (Rahmenvereinbarung 21.08.2026- 20.08.2028, optionale Verlängerungen bis 20.08.2030): Aufbau und Ausgestaltung des digitalen Angebots wie beispielsweise Produktion von Erklärfilmen, Kampagnen usw. für Website und crossmediale Nutzung.
