Vorhandenen Informations- und Telekommunikationssysteme durch eine moderne, zukunftsfähige und innovative Lösung ersetzen. Zukünftig sollen hier alle dargestellten Systeme Bestandteil eines Servicevertrags sein. Auf Basis dieses RfP sollen die vorhandenen Informations- und Telekommunikationssysteme durch eine moderne, zukunftsfähige und innovative Lösung ersetzt werden. Dabei soll der Wartungsauf-wand durch den Einsatz standardisierter und effizient betreibbarer Technologien nachhaltig reduziert werden. Gleichzeitig wird eine hohe Verfügbarkeit der Systeme gefordert, insbesondere für Prozes-se mit unternehmenskritischer Relevanz. Zudem sollen für die Endanwender spürbare Mehrwerte geschaffen werden, insbesondere durch eine intuitive Benutzeroberfläche und nutzerfreundliche Prozessgestaltung. Zukünftig sollen hier alle dargestellten Systeme Bestandteil eines Servicevertrags sein, so dass ein sicherer Betrieb der Gesamtlösung gewährleitstet ist. Gleichzeitig soll durch Bereitstellung eines Single-Point-of-Contact eine effiziente Kommunikation zwischen Dienstleister und Auftraggeber er-reicht werden.
