Die Universität Bonn beabsichtigt die Vergabe der dauerhaften Überlassung, Implementierung und Anpassung der Beschaffungslösung "easyBANF" einschließlich Wartung, Updates und Fehlerkorrekturen auf Grundlage der EVB-IT Erstellung und Anpassung von Software Die Universität Bonn betreibt ein SAP-Beschaffungssystem mit ca. 2.000 aktiven Nutzer*innen. Die neue Lösung soll sich nahtlos in die bestehende SAP-Systemlandschaft integrieren. SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) bleibt weiterhin das führende System für Beschaffungs-, Logistik- und Materialwirtschaftsprozesse . Ziel ist eine funktionale Ergänzung der bestehenden Architektur ohne grundlegenden Technologiewechsel. Hintergrund der Beschaffung ist die angekündigte, absehbare Einstellung des Supports für SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SAP SRM) durch SAP. Die Universität Bonn benötigt daher eine zukunftsfähige Nachfolgelösung für die operative Einkaufsabwicklung, insbesondere für Bedarfserfassung, Genehmigungsprozesse und Wareneingangsbestätigungen. Besonderer Fokus liegt auf einer modernen und nutzerfreundlichen Bedienoberfläche, insbesondere über SAP Fiori, um die bestehenden SAP-Kernprozesse zeitgemäß und effizient abzubilden.
