University Hospital Ulm (Universitaetsklinikum Ulm) in Germany plans to migrate its existing SAP landscape to SAP S/4HANA. A service provider is sought to prepare and carry out the migration based on the results of a preliminary study and prior projects. The contract is awarded in a two-stage procedure: first, interested companies must submit a formal application in this participation competition, where only trade-law requirements, exclusion grounds under Sections 123 and 124 GWB, and general suitability (technical, professional, economic and financial capacity) are assessed. Only shortlisted applicants, selected according to an information memorandum attached to the documents, will then be invited separately to submit priced offers by a stated deadline.
