Rahmenvereinbarung über Technologiespezifische IT-Betriebsunterstützung - Leistungsbereich 4: Anwendungsbetriebsunterstützung - Los 12 (Restliche Bundesverwaltung) Die der Rahmenvereinbarung - Los 12 (dieses Los) zugrundeliegende Schätzmenge beträgt 21.425 Personentage. Die Schätzmenge entspricht der Höchstmenge. Es handelt sich um ein Verfahren mit insgesamt vier Leistungsbereichen, welche wiederum in insgesamt 12 Mengenlose unterteilt sind: Leistungsbereich 1: IT-Infrastruktur Services ZIB 13.02 - 99113/25/VV : 1 (ITZBund) ZIB 13.02 - 99113/25/VV : 2 (Ressorts BMV und AA) ZIB 13.02 - 99113/25/VV : 3 (Ressort BMI) ZIB 13.02 - 99113/25/VV : 4 (Restliche Bundesverwaltung) Leistungsbereich 2: IT-Infrastruktursicherheit und Netzwerksicherheit Services ZIB 13.03 - 99113/25/VV : 5 (Ressorts BMF und BMV) ZIB 13.03 - 99113/25/VV : 6 (Ressort BMI) ZIB 13.03 - 99113/25/VV : 7 (Restliche Bundesverwaltung) Leistungsbereich 3: Integrations- und Middleware Services ZIB 13.02 - 99113/25/VV : 8 (Ressort BMF) ZIB 13.02 - 99113/25/VV : 9 (Restliche Bundesverwaltung) Leistungsbereich 4: Anwendungsbetriebsunterstützung ZIB 13.03 - 99113/25/VV : 10 (ITZBund) ZIB 13.03 - 99113/25/VV : 11 (Ressorts BMI, BMZ und AA) ZIB 13.03 - 99113/25/VV : 12 (Restliche Bundesverwaltung) Die insgesamt 12 Lose werden aus systemtechnischen Gründen in 12 Vergabeverfahren (VV) ausgeschrieben. Der Zuschlag wird bei jedem Los jeweils auf das wirtschaftlichste Angebot erteilt. Dieses wird im ersten Schritt für jedes Los nach den in den Vergabeunterlagen angegebenen Kriterien ermittelt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, auf alle Lose zu bieten, jedoch kann der Bieter je Leistungsbereich nur für insgesamt ein (Leistungsbereich 3) bzw. zwei Lose (Leistungsbereiche 1,2 und 4) den Zuschlag (Zuschlagslimitierung gem. § 30 Abs. 1 S.2 VgV) erhalten.
