Das Ziel in diesem Projekt ist die Entwicklung und Validierung eines praxistauglichen Prüfkataloges/Prüfleitfaden zur Evaluation der Cyber-Sicherheit von komplexen autonomen Fahrzeugen der Stufe L4 nach SAE J3016. Dabei wird der Fokus auf den neuartigen Eigenschaften der komplexen Systeme und ihrer neuartigen Technologien liegen. Darunter sind Systeme wie KI-Systeme zum Beispiel zu Perzeption, Planung oder Sensorfusion zu verstehen oder auch End-to-End Systeme. Es soll sich ebenfalls das Zusammenspiel zwischen nicht KI-Systemen und KI-Systemen angeschaut werden. Am Ende des Projektes, erhält man einen Prüfleitfaden bzw. Prüfkatalog, der beschreibt, wie man komplexe Systeme in autonomen Fahrzeugen prüfen kann. Außerdem werden Werkzeuge und Methoden entwickelt, die eine Prüfung möglich machen. Durch einen iterativen Ansatz sollen Erfahrungen, die man mit dem Prüfkatalog erhält, in eine neue Iteration des Prüfkataloges miteinfließen. Zudem soll durch eine praktische Evaluation, sowie ein Lessons Learned Part gesichert werden, dass der Prüfkatalog für die Typgenehmigung genutzt werden, bzw. die Typgenehmigung unterstützen kann, sowie allgemein eine Referenz darstellt. Das positive Feedback der relevanten Stakeholder (andere Behörden, insbesondere BMV, KBA und BASt, Autoindustrie und technische Dienste) sollen dabei sicherstellen, dass die entwickelten Methoden und Konzepte (Prüfkatalog, Prüfwerkzeuge und Prüfprozess) sich in der Praxis bewähren und man Prüfungen damit durchführen kann.
