Description

Die Niedersächsische Landgesellschaft mbH (NLG) bereitet die Migration ihres bestehenden SAP ERP-Systems auf SAP S/4HANA vor. Die Migration soll als Brownfield-Ansatz beziehungsweise System Conversion erfolgen. Bestehende Prozesse, Customizing-Einstellungen und relevante Altdaten werden als Ausgangsbasis übernommen und in die neue S/4HANA-Umgebung überführt. Mit dieser Ausschreibung soll ein Auftragnehmer mit der Konzeption, der technischen und fachlichen Umsetzung, der Durchführung von Tests, Cut-over, Go-live und Hypercare sowie sonstige mit der Migration in einem Zusammenhang stehenden Leistungen beauftragt werden. Im Rahmen eines 2-stufigen Vergabeverfahrens wird zunächst ein Teilnahmewettbewerb durchgeführt. Nach Abschluss des Teilnahmewettbewerbs sollen maximal drei (3) geeignete Bieter zur Abgabe eines Angebotes aufgefordert und in Wege der Verhandlung das wirtschaftlichste Angebot ermittelt werden.
