Die Ausschreibung verfolgt das Ziel, erfahrene und zuverlässige Vertragspartner für die Migration, Implementierung und den anschließenden Betrieb der neuen SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Landschaften zu gewinnen. Abschluss eines Subskriptionsvertrags im Rahmen von RISE with SAP über die Bereitstellung von zwei separaten SAP S/4HANA PCE-Umgebungen: eine für die ERP-Systemlandschaft und eine für die HCM-Systemlandschaft. Abschluss eines Subskriptionsvertrags für SAP SuccessFactors. Es handelt sich um ein Mietmodell (Subskription), das Software, Infrastruktur und grundlegenden technischen Betrieb umfasst.; Durchführung der Transition und Migration beider Systemlandschaften in jeweils eigene S/4HANA PCE-Umgebungen. Umsetzung notwendiger Vorprojekte (z. B. Datenarchivierung, Customer Vendor Integration, Custom Code Checks, Schnittstellenanalyse). Technische Konvertierung, Datenmigration und Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität. Go-Live-Vorbereitung, Cutover-Management (gesamte Cutover-Planung, -Begleitung und Durchführung). Übernahme der Betriebsunterstützung im Sinne von „Erweiterte SAP-Basis-Services“ (angeordnet zwischen RISE-Basisbetrieb und applikationsnahem Support). „Erweiterte SAP-Basis-Services“ umfassen insbesondere: Monitoring von Systemen und Schnittstellen. Transport- und Änderungsmanagement. Unterstützung Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung. Incident- und Problemmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit SAP (RISE-Support). Druckmanagement. Einrichten von Verbindungen (z.B. RFC) Koordination von Changes, Patches und Releases. Schnittstellenbetrieb und SLA-Überwachung. Überwachung und Administration von Sicherheitszertifikaten. Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlichen, stabilen Betriebs für ERP- und HCM-Linien. Zeitraum: Der Betrieb im Sinne der „Erweiterten SAP-Basis-Services“ ist für fünf Jahre vorgesehen, mit Option auf Verlängerung um jeweils weitere fünf Jahre.; Das Los 3 umfasst die Implementierung der SAP BTP Integration Suite, SuccessFactors Learning, SuccessFactors Recruiting, SuccessFactors Onboarding, SAP Task Center mit dem Ziel der lückenlosen Abdeckung dieser Funktionalität im Hinblick auf die Transition nach H4S4. Dabei ist der Verlauf der Implementierung so zu gestalten, dass der Go-Live-Zeitpunkt dieser Applikationen vor oder gleichzeitig mit dem Go-Live von H4S4 liegt.
