Description

Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland ist gemäß der Verordnung über den Europäischen Ge-sundheitsdatenraum (EHDS-Verordnung) dazu verpflichtet, einen National Contact Point for eHealth (NCPeH) einzurichten, um die Anbindung an die MyHealth@EU-Infrastruktur sicherzustellen. Der NCPeH dient dem sicheren Austausch strukturierter Gesundheitsdaten im Behandlungsfall. Die vorgesehenen Anwendungsfälle umfassen: • E-Rezept (ePrescription und eDispensation, kurz: ePeD) • Elektronische Patientenkurzakte (Patient Summary, kurz: PS) • Ergebnisse medizinischer Untersuchungen, einschließlich Labor- und anderer diag-nostischer Ergebnisse und damit zusammenhängender Berichte (Medical Test Results) • Entlassberichte (Discharge Reports) • Medizinische Bildgebung und Bildbefunde (Medical Imaging Studies and Reports) Dabei wird zwischen Land A und Land B Szenarien unterschieden. Für die sogenannten Land-B-Szenarien, bei denen Daten von EU-Bürgern nach Deutschland übermittelt werden, sind zusätzlich zum NCPeH-Fachdienst ein NCPeH-Proxy, sowie eine client-seitige, im Browser ablaufende WebApp (Name: EU-Webportal WebApp) vorgesehen. Die gematik prüft den Auftrag die Entwicklung, die Bereitstellung und den Betrieb des NCPeH-Proxys sowie des EU-Webportals (inkl. EU-Webportal WebApp) an einen externen Dienstleister zu verge-ben. Als Überblick des Beschaffungsgegenstandes dient die folgende Darstellung der Sys-temlandschaft. Zu entwickeln, bereitzustellen und zu betreiben sind die Komponenten in der gelben Box inklusive ihrer Subkomponenten und Schnittstellen.
