Die HADAG Seetouristik und Fährdienst AG beabsichtigt den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die Erbringung von Managed Services für die Workplace-IT sowie die aktive Netzwerkinfrastruktur. Der Auftrag umfasst den Betrieb, die Verwaltung und den Support der vollständig auf Microsoft 365 basierenden IT-Arbeitsplatzumgebung einschließlich des Gerätemanagements (Windows-Notebooks, Android/iOS-Smartphones und -Tablets) über Microsoft Intune sowie des Anwendersupports. Weiterhin umfasst die Leistung das Management, die Überwachung und die Härtung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur, insbesondere von Firewalls und Switches, sowie die Umsetzung und den Betrieb einer sicheren Netzwerksegmentierung.
