Bereitstellung einer Common Data Environment (CDE) für die Landesstraßenbaubehörde Sachsen-Anhalt im Rahmen der Implementierung der BIM - Methode Durch den Masterplan BIM Bundesfernstraßen sind die Auftragsverwaltungen der Länder angehalten die BIM-Methode zu implementieren und zum Regelprozess zu überführen. In diesem Zusammenhang, beabsichtigt die Landesstraßenbaubehörde Sachsen-Anhalt (LSBB) die Beschaffung einer gemeinsamen Datenumgebung (Common Data Environment, kurz CDE) zur Durchführung von Bauprojekten mit der BIM-Methode. Ziel ist es, diese Plattform als eine Software as a Service (SaaS) Lösung einzusetzen, welche nicht im Rechenzentrum der LSBB, sondern vom Auftragnehmer selbst in einer Cloud-Umgebung geführt wird. Die LSBB versteht unter einer CDE ein Datenmanagementsystem, welches von allen Projektbeteiligten eines Planungs- bzw. Bauprojektes als eine gemeinsam verwendbare, zentral erreichbare Datenumgebung mit einer Ablagestruktur genutzt werden kann und auf der ein organisiertes Vorhalten und ein verlustfreier Austausch von Daten nach dem "single source of truth"-Prinzip ermöglicht wird. Des Weiteren sollen flexible Workflows für Planläufe und Berechtigungsverfahren integriert sein.
