Description

Pflege und der Support von LoadRunner-Bestandslizenzen, ein Premium-Support-Account sowie die optionale Überlassung zusätzlicher Lizenzen (inkl. und ohne Pflege und Support) sowie IT-Unterstützungsleistungen Ausschreibungsgegenstand ist die Pflege und der Support für bereits vorhandene und gekaufte LRE-Lizenzen, ein Premium Support Account (Enterprise Support Manager) sowie die optionale Überlassung zusätzlicher Lizenzen (inkl. und ohne Pflege und Support) sowie IT-Unterstützungsleistungen für Premium Support. Während des Leistungszeitraums sind folgende Leistungen durch den Auftragnehmer (AN) zu erbringen: Nicht-optionale Leistungen: • Pflege und Support, für die bereits im Einsatz befindlichen und schon heute lizenzierten Software-Produkte o LoadRunner Enterprise (90.000 Lizenzen = SuiteB Virtual User + Controller) o LoadRunner Enterprise (1 Lizenz = Foundation Entitlement) • Premium Support Account o Enterprise Support Manager (ESM): ein dedizierter Ansprechpartner des AN Optionale Leistungen ohne Abnahmeverpflichtung: • Zeitlich befristete Überlassung der Software "LoadRunner Cloud" von bis zu 180.000 VUH (Virtual User Hours Lizenzen) ohne Pflege und Support o Voraussichtliche Aufteilung:  Web (z.B. HTTP/HTML, Java, Kafka, ...) 100.000 VUH  GUI (z.B. TrueClient, ...) 60.000 VUH  LEGACY (z.B. Citrix, ...) 20.000 VUH • Zeitlich befristete Überlassung der Software-Lizenz "LR OneAnalysis Modul" inkl. Pflege und Support • IT-Unterstützungsleistungen für (individuelle Anpassungen der in der BA eingesetzten LRE-Software • Flex Credits (CBPREM03), 20 Stück (= 40 Personen-Stunden (PS), frei aufteilbar, entspricht einer Dienstleistung) • Professional Service - Services ADM Performance Testing-Performance Testing, 1 Paket (= 40 PS, nicht aufteilbar)
