Description

Die Leistungen sind in zwei Lose aufgeteilt: - Los 1: Go4S4 - Migration auf H4S4 - Los 2: Go4S4 - Migration auf S/4HANA. Die beiden Lose werden in zwei getrennten Vergabeverfahren vergeben. Sie können sich für eines der beiden Lose oder für beide Lose bewerben. Die hessischen Hochschulen migrieren ihre bestehenden SAP-ERP-Systemlandschaften im Rahmen des Gesamtprojekts "Digitalisierung in der Verwaltung mit S/4HANA". Los 2 umfasst die technische Konvertierung von insgesamt sieben ERP-Systemlandschaften inkl. des Hochschulreferenzsystems (HRefM) auf S/4HANA, teilweise als On-Premise-, teilweise als Private-Cloud-Lösung. Ziel ist eine moderne und zukunftsfähige Systemumgebung unter Erhalt aller bestehenden Funktionalitäten und Schnittstellen inklusive hochschulindividueller Add-ons und Umsysteme. Die Migration erfolgt im Brownfield-Ansatz in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Hochschulen und ihren Key Usern sowie übergreifender Abstimmung mit dem Projekt aus Los 1 (Migration auf H4S4); der Go-Live ist bis spätestens Ende 2027 vorgesehen.
