Description

Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Lizenzierung, Weiterentwicklung und der technische Betrieb eines Kampagnenplanungstools für alle AOK-Landesgesellschaften und den AOK-Bundesverband, das die gemeinsamen Prozesse erleichtert. Die Kampagnenplanung erfolgt derzeit in jeder AOK für ihre eigenen Kampagnen, im AOK-BV für die gemeinschaftlichen Kampagnen separat und unter Einsatz unterschiedlicher Tools. Der Kampagnenplanungsprozess ist durch eine hohe Anzahl interner und externer Beteiligter wie z.B. interne AOK Marketingabteilung, externe Mediaagenturen, externe Kreativagenturen geprägt. Jede AOK-Landesgesellschaft und der AOK-BV haben für Ihre Kampagnen unterschiedliche externe Dienstleister. Vor dem Hintergrund der organisatorischen Komplexität ist das Ziel eine Planungsplattform, die alle Beteiligten entlang des Planungsprozesses über ein Berechtigungssystem Zugriff ermöglicht, Abstimmungen zwischen den Beteiligten vereinfacht, Abstimmungsrisiken minimiert und die Planungssicherheit erhöht. Damit soll eine Effizienzsteigerung erreicht werden.
