Description

Die Energieversorgung Mittelrhein AG (evm) beabsichtigt die Einführung eines integrierten kaufmännischen Budgetierungs- und Planungssystems (KBP). Ziel des Vorhabens ist nicht die grundlegende Neugestaltung der fachlichen Prozesse, sondern deren strukturierte Weiterentwicklung und systemische Unterstützung. Das zukünftige KBP-System soll die bestehenden Planungs- und Steuerungsprozesse: - konsistent und durchgängig unterstützen - medienbrucharm abbilden und integrieren - sowie eine einheitliche und belastbare Datenbasis bereitstellen und damit eine verbesserte Transparenz, Nachvollziehbarkeit und Steuerungsfähigkeit innerhalb der evm-Gruppe ermöglichen. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der Integration und Harmonisierung der bestehenden fachlichen Vorgehens-weisen in eine konsistente Gesamtlogik sowie auf der Reduktion technisch bedingter Komplexität. Für den Teilnahmewettbewerb erhalten Sie ein komprimiertes Lastenheft. Die detaillierten Anforderungen werden in den weiterführenden Unterlagen und in der nachgelagerten Angebotsphase konkretisiert und dienen dort als Grundlage für die Bewertung der angebotenen Lösungen. Das Lastenheft erfüllt in der aktuellen Phase insbesondere folgende Zielsetzungen: - Einordnung des fachlichen und technischen Zielbilds - Darstellung von Umfang und Komplexität des Vorhabens - Schaffung einer gemeinsamen Verständigungsbasis für alle Bewerber Rückfragen zu der Ausschreibung können bis zum 17.07.2026 über das Portal von Subreport eingereicht werden.
