Das IT-Dienstleistungszentrum (IT-DLZ) im Landesamt für Digitalisierung, Breitband und Vermessung ist der zentrale IT-Dienstleister für die öffentliche Verwaltung in Bayern. Vergeben werden IT-Dienstleistungen für die Java-Softwareentwicklung und die Entwicklung von webbasierten Frontends im Bereich Identity- und Accessmanagement. Die Mindestlaufzeit beträgt 2 Jahre mit zweimaliger Verlängerungsoption um 1 Jahr (2+1+1). Es gelten folgende Abnahmemengen für die Mindestvertragslaufzeit: Die Mindestabnahmemenge beträgt 640 PT. Die geschätzte Abnahmemenge beträgt 2.560 PT. Die Höchstabnahmemenge beträgt 3.200 PT.
