Der AG beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung die Implementierung, Lieferung und Wartung einer integrierten HR-Softwarelösung für Personalprozesse im Rahmen einer HR-Suite. Der Personalbereich der WW-Gruppe steht vor der Herausforderung, eine moderne und integrierte HR-Systemlandschaft zu schaffen. Derzeit werden HR-Prozesse in verschiedenen, teils veralteten oder nicht vorhandenen Einzelsystemen abgebildet, deren Lizenzen teilweise auslaufen. Dies betrifft unter anderem die Themengebiete Recruiting, Service-Prozesse, Mitarbeitergespräche, Talent- und Nachfolgemanagement, Ausbildungsverwaltung sowie das Learning Management, etc. Die bestehende Systemlandschaft ist heterogen und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Medienbrüche, manuelle Schnittstellen und ineffiziente Abläufe führen zu erhöhtem Aufwand, eingeschränkter Transparenz und mangelnder Datenkonsistenz. Um diesem beschriebenen Zustand entgegenzuwirken, soll eine umfassende HR-Suite eingeführt werden, die alle relevanten Module integriert und eine möglichst durchgängige digitale und (teil)-automatisierte Prozesskette ermöglicht. Das Personalstammdaten- und Payrollsystem wird derzeit über SAP HCM abgebildet und durch einen externen HR-Provider administriert. Das SAP HCM der Westfalen Weser ist gesetzt und gilt auch zukünftig als das führende Personalstammdatensystem der WW-Gruppe. In diesem Zusammenhang werden auch die Zeitwirtschaft sowie das Reisekostenmanagement und die elektronische Personalakte (eAkte) abgewickelt.
