Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Hardwareaustausch der Integrierten Leistelle Allgäu für das Amt für Brand- und Katastrophenschutz der Stadt Kempten. Das Amt für Brand- und Katastrophen- schutz der Stadt Kempten hat im Januar 2010 die Integrierte Leiststelle Allgäu (ILS Allgäu) in Betrieb genommen. Die ILS Allgäu bzw. die Stadt Kempten beabsichtigen zur dauerhaften Gewährleistung der ständigen Einsatzbereitschaft im 3. und 4. Quartal 2027 den vom Bayerischen Staatsministerium des Innern, für Sport und Integration (StMI) mit Schreiben D5-2282-7-70 vom 30.12.2025 geforder- ten turnusmäßigen, umfassenden Hardwaretausch (im folgenden HWT 2027 genannt) der relevan- ten Komponenten durchzuführen. Der Auftragnehmer hat insbesondere folgende Leistungen zu erbringen:  den Hardwaretausch im 3. Quartal 2027 im laufenden Betrieb ohne Unterbrechung des Leitstellenbetriebs durchzuführen  ein Migrationskonzept für die Erneuerung der Infrastruktur zu erstellen, einschließlich Planung, Test-, Umschalt- und Fallback-Szenarien  die Migration der Hard- und Software im laufenden operativen Leitstellenbetrieb durchzuführen, mit Übernahme der bestehenden Anlagen Konfigurationsparameter bzw. die Parameter entsprechend anzupassen  die genannten Leistungen mit eigenem, fachlich qualifiziertem und sicherheitsüber- prüftem Personal zu erbringen Der Auftragnehmer hat auf Verlangen des Auftraggebers die Qualifikation und die erfolgte Sicherheitsüberprüfung durch geeignete Nachweise nachzuweisen.  das Gesamtsystem vollständig zu dokumentieren und die Dokumentation in deut- scher Sprache, mit fachlicher und sachlicher Prüfung bereitzustellen
