Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind ECMS-Services für die Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI). Die Ausschreibung umfasst das Hosting, die Betreuung und die Weiterentwicklung für das Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) von GTAI. Das ECMS dient der redaktionellen Pflege und Veröffentlichung von Inhalten auf der Website www.gtai.de sowie weiteren GTAI-Portalen. Die Leistungen werden in drei Losen ausgeschrieben: - Los 1: Bereitstellung und Betrieb des ECMS und angebundener Systeme - Los 2: Strategische Konzeption und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung des ECMS - Los 3: Technische Betreuung und Umsetzung der Weiterentwicklung des ECMS Dieses Los umfasst die Bereitstellung, den Betrieb und die fortlaufende Betreuung der technischen Infrastruktur für das Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) sowie aller damit verbundenen Webportale, Fachanwendungen und KI-Komponenten. Ziel des Auftraggebers ist die Sicherstellung eines hochverfügbaren, sicheren und datenschutzkonformen Betriebs gemäß den Anforderungen der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO). Die technische Infrastruktur ist als Cloudbasierte Leistung bereitzustellen.; Los 2 umfasst die strategische Beratung sowie die konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung des Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) der GTAI auf Basis von Core Media Studio. Ziel ist es, neue technische Möglichkeiten sowie gestalterische Entwicklungen zu analysieren und in fachliche, konzeptionelle und gestalterische Anforderungen zu überführen, um die Nutzerfreundlichkeit zu erhöhen und die Barrierefreiheit sicherzustellen. Die Leistungen von Los 2 schaffen die konzeptionelle Grundlage für ein zukunftsfähiges Frontend und Backend sowie für die Weiterentwicklung des ECMS; die technische Umsetzung und Integration der daraus abgeleiteten Maßnahmen erfolgt durch den Auftragnehmer von Los 3.; Los 3 umfasst die laufende technische Betreuung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) der GTAI auf Basis von Core Media Studio 12. Der Auftragnehmer stellt sicher, dass das System stabil, sicher und performant betrieben wird. Darüber hinaus ist er verantwortlich für die technische Umsetzung der aus Los 2 erarbeiteten Konzepte und Spezifikationen sowie für die kontinuierliche Anpassung des Systems an neue Anforderungen. Der Bieter von Los 3 stellt sicher, dass das ECMS funktional, stabil und kompatibel auf der durch den Auftragnehmer von Los 1 bereitgestellten Hosting- und Systemumgebung betrieben werden kann. Die redaktionellen Prozesse der GTAI müssen durch das und im System abbildbar sein. Ziel ist es, die Funktionsfähigkeit des ECMS langfristig zu gewährleisten, die Upgrade- und Updatefähigkeit sicherzustellen und die Integration zusätzlicher Funktionalitäten zu ermöglichen.
