Description

Die Stadt Stadthagen beabsichtigt die Einführung der elektronischen Vorgangsbearbeitung und Aktenführung, dessen Kernstück die Implementierung einer DMS-Gesamtlösung ist. Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Erstellung eines Gesamtsystems und die Herbeiführung der Betriebsbereitschaft. Dazu gehören insbesondere die Überlassung von Standardsoftware auf Dauer sowie mit der Umsetzung verbundene Integrations- und Serviceleistungen, wie bspw. die Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Einrichtung der Software, Dokumentation, Schulung, Pflege, Wartung und Support. Die Lizenzen der DMS-Lösung werden von der Stadt Stadthagen käuflich erworben (kein Mietmodell), im eigenen Rechenzentrum installiert und von der Stadt Stadthagen betrieben (keine Cloud-Lösung).
